At MEZAME HOTELS, we have implemented the following heightened safety and hygiene in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 while ensuring optimum comfort:
Wearing of Masks and Gloves
- We require all customers and employees to wear masks.
- Some employees are required to wear gloves.
Public Areas
- Frequent cleaning and sanitization to maintain optimum hygiene levels.
- Placement of hand sanitizers at the entrance and guest rooms.
Checking In and Out
- Temperature checks upon check-in. (We are refusing entry to those with temperatures above 37.5°, those showing symptoms of cough, and those who are in poor health.)
- Frequent sanitization of guest room keys, equipment such as desks, garbage bins, stair handrails, and other places where many guests may touch frequently.
- Use of trays when handling cash.
During Your Stay
- Frequent sanitization of bathrooms inside each guest room, TV remote controllers, door handles, switches, and tables.
After Check-Out
- Sanitization of each guest room.
- Hand washing, gargling and disinfection among house-keeping staffs before and after cleaning guest rooms.
Due to careful cleaning and sanitization, all rooms will be available for booking a day after the guests have checked out.
